VAT Information

All prices listed on our site include VAT. Our website will work out the VAT for you at checkout before asking for payment.

You are responsible for any other taxes applicable in the territory to which the products are sent. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay; unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.

Payments & pricing

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards. Payment will be debited from your account upon receipt of your order. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorise your payment, Advantage Media will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

In order to ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure, Advantage Media uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol verified by RapidSSL.

Our site contains a large number of products and it is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. The price of the products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of error. If the pricing error is obvious or unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

Please note that no changes to orders are possible once paid and submitted by you.

Refunds & cancellation

Due to the bespoke nature of our goods we do not allow orders to be refunded unless they are deemed to be faulty or do not meet the specification. In special circumstances we may allow orders to be returned to us for either full or partial account credit at our discretion - this will be judged on a case-by-case basis.

Where a refund has been approved, you will be responsible for taking care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, and for their safe return. All goods must be returned in their original, unused condition within 10 working days of a refund being approved. Account credit will be made available within a maximum of 60 days from the date of cancellation subject to receipt of the returned goods in satisfactory condition.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping rates are based on size, weight, cost of goods, type of goods and destination area or country. All shipments are insured and traceable through the courier system. Our website will work out the correct shipping charge for your order at checkout before asking for payment.

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday (except UK public holidays). Standard delivery to the UK Mainland is usually next working day (excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Scilly Isles which is usually dispatched on a 2 day service) or on a nominated day of the customers choice where possible. All dispatch and delivery dates are estimated and can be delayed due to reasons beyond our control. International deliveries can take several workings days however we are happy to estimate a delivery date for your order. Any issues with delivery times will be reported to the customer as soon as possible.

If import duties are required by the receiving country customs, we are not responsible for this element and do not quote or charge for it in our prices and quotations. Certain credit / debit card payment services require that we ship the goods to the registered card holder address, please ask if you are unsure whether you can use an alternative address or not.

In exceptional circumstances we may inform you of a new delivery date if it is not possible to deliver on an expected delivery date. We are not responsible for consequential loss due to delayed deliveries. We will always endeavour to deliver your items at the earliest opportunity.

If when delivered the printed product cannot be used because there is no packaging or the content are damaged or ruined, do not accept the material and mark for refusal on the document provided by the courier. Afterwards, please contact us to inform us of the issue so we can arrange a solution.

Print Points

Print Points are earned or redeemed by each customer account. We reserve the right to refuse or remove Print Points at anytime. In order to use Print Points, customers must be aged 18 years or over.

We reserve the right to change the rate at which each customer earns Print Points and/or the list of relevant transactions on which any Customer can earn Printed Points from time to time.

Print Points will usually be credited to a customer within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Print Points will expire and are lost if no orders were placed on the relevant account for 12 subsequent months. Points are also lost if the relevant account is closed or if the scheme ends or terminates for whatever reason.

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, or make design changes to product specifications, or use different suppliers or manufacturers to those stated, without prior notice, as part of our continuous process of product and service improvement, or to improve product availability.
