Shipping & returns
We do everything possible to ensure your order is despatched in perfect condition and on time because we know how important fast delivery is to you. We select our carriers very carefully. Below are the details of how they operate.
We're committed to providing you with fast and efficient every time — thats why we use market leading couriers that allow us to track you consignment from dispatch to delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a confirmation email (make sure to check your spam folder!) stating your tracking details. If you subscribe to our SMS alert service, you will also receive the same information via text message.
Please note that we can only guarantee dispatch times and not delivery times. Delays in supplying us with your artwork may result in the dispatch of your order being delayed.
Delivery throughout the UK and surrounding areas
We use various couriers to deliver our print. We offer free shipping on all orders with the following exceptions:

Please note that delivery to the above locations can only be sent on a 2 day service.
Our current overnight courier (DPD) operates with a 99.2% success rate. We only guarantee dispatch times and we do not guarantee delivery times. We can not be held liable for consequential loss due to delayed deliveries. Although we always do our best to make sure your item arrives on its estimated delivery day, sometimes there are delays which are out of our control. If your order is critical, please always order in advance.
If you require any kind of "non-UK" delivery please contact us before placing the order as this will be subject to surcharge.

Items are usually delivered between the hours of 7:00 and 19:00, however during periods this may be extended to 22:00. If you require a pre 12:00 or pre 10:30 delivery, please contact us to arrange (there is a surcharge for these services).
Replacement of damaged goods
We do everything we can to ensure that your goods arrive to you in perfect condition, but unfortunately from time to time damage occurs during transit. If this happens to you, we're very sorry!
Where possible, always check your consignment before signing for it. If upon inspection you notice that the delivery is damaged in anyway, please reject the delivery and contact us. We'll then put the necessary steps in place to get a new order sent out to you as soon as possible.
If you notice damage once you have signed for the consignment, don't worry! Please contact us detailing the damage with any supporting evidence such as photographs, etc. Please do not dispose of the item as we may require its return for insurance purposes. Once we have been notified, we will replace your damaged goods as soon as possible.
Returning your goods
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your print, please contact us detailing the issue with your product so a member of our team can try to resolve your issue.
Unfortunately due to the bespoke nature of our goods, we are unable to offer refunds on our products unless they are deemed to be faulty or not to specification.
